We want you to love your purchase from The Kaskara Collective. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.
Clothing and Fight Gear
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed clothing within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must:
Be in their original condition with tags attached.
Show no signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, or damage.
Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
Art Prints
Because art prints are produced in limited quantities and require careful packaging, all art print sales are final. If your print arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged item so we can arrange a replacement if available.
Original Artwork
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, all original art sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on original pieces.
If your artwork is damaged during shipment, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We'll work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your request. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for sending your item back.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
TKC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
